Judy is serving as Special Projects Director for the Rutgers Food Innovation Center, and leading marketing, communications, and event management efforts for the RutgersX Accelerating Food Entrepreneurs Conference that will be held on November 16, 2015.

Judy has more than 35 years experience in all areas of communications including corporate and brand marketing, event production, public relations and magazine publishing. Most recently, Judy was Group Director – Global Communications at Campbell Soup Company, where she oversaw executive and leadership communications, creative services and multimedia, recognition and rewards, and the Company’s annual and corporate social responsibility reports. She also held positions at Kraft and Macfadden Publishing Company.

In addition to her corporate experience, Judy is currently a lifestyle blogger, social media influencer and principal of JudiBoomergirl Communications, LLC, a social media and communications consulting practice. She writes an award-winning blog, aboomerslifeafter50.com, and contributes to The Huffington Post, AARP.com, BlogHer and other on-line publications. Her blog was an official honoree in the 2013 Webby Awards, and in 2012 was named by The Huffington Post as one of its “7 Favorite Blogs for Women Post 50.” The Harvard Business Review featured her in its blog post “Yes, Marketers, There is Life After Mommyblogging,” noting: “Hers is an authoritative voice, one well worth the attention of a brand marketer.”

Judy received her B.S. in Home Economics from Cornell University.
